GroundLayers derives environmental and spatial attributes directly from official U.S. government datasets, including the U.S. Census Bureau, USDA NRCS SSURGO, USGS 3DEP, and USGS WBD. If you observe an apparent discrepancy between our rendered reports and an authoritative federal reference, please contact our data team:

- The full street address or latitude/longitude coordinates.
- The specific dataset layer (e.g. USDA SSURGO soil unit, USGS elevation, watershed name).
- The observed value versus the expected value.
- A link to the authoritative government source or official survey document.
